What would you do? Manage end-to-end Loan Setup & Covenant Setup and Covenent QC processes ensuring high-quality daily deliveries that meet or exceed agreed SLAs. • Maintain strong client focus, ensuring timely delivery, and strict adherence to SOPs. • Take full ownership on the deliverables and quality • Act as a key liaison between the client and the offshore team to ensure all SLAs are consistently achieved. • Leverage solid knowledge of CRE/Commercial Lending and Credit Services to effectively manage daily/weekly client interactions and calls.
What are we looking for? Experience: 9+ years of CRE/Commercial Lending experience Working knowledge on nCino Platform Excellent Communciation skills Skilled in People and Project Management Strong Accounting/Finance knowledge Multi-tasking, proactive; Analytical ability Flexibility to work in any shifts and adhere to 100% RTO requirements
