What would you do? • Leads a team of associates handling PR-to-PO conversion and Spot Buy processes. Ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of procurement services. Drives process improvements and stakeholder engagement.
What are we looking for? • Bachelors degree; MBA preferred. • 4-6 years in procurement operations, with 2+ years in a supervisory role. • Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP systems and Spot Buy tools. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: • Supervise daily operations of PR-to-PO and Spot Buy processes. • Allocate workload and monitor SLA adherence. • Coach and mentor team members. • Process Oversight: • Validate complex PRs and approve exceptions. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and SOX controls. • Monitor PO acknowledgment and supplier confirmations. • Stakeholder Management: • Act as escalation point for requesters and suppliers. • Collaborate with sourcing teams for Spot Buy negotiations. • Reporting & Analysis: • Prepare performance dashboards and KPI reports. • Identify process gaps and implement improvements. • Continuous Improvement: • Drive automation and digital adoption (Ariba Spot Buy, Coupa workflows). • Recommend best practices for efficiency and compliance. • bachelor
