What are we looking for? • As a Quality Auditor, you will be: • Responsible for Quality Audits and safety of content ensuring service meets • the client and org goals and standards of quality and responsible AI. • Need to enforce the defined policy guidelines for all workflows assigned under • the Content Moderation or responsible AI scope. • Need to ensure timely quality and responsible AI insights are shared to drive • process improvements.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Review, classify and or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels, improve prompt perturbation techniques for interrogating large language models .Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines . Investigate, resolve, research and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team to optimize the team s processes and increase efficiency • Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills . Excellent comprehension, communication, and (insert language) skills . Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies.Strong attention to detail . Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams .
