What would you do? Sales Trainer Strategic Planning: Builds Strategy & Planning Readiness capability by delivering role-based training, onboarding, and coaching across territory & quota planning, account coverage, seller readiness, and planning-platform navigation Anaplan Salesforce to improve planning accuracy and Day-1 seller readiness. • Training Development: Create and maintain role-based training on territory planning, quota allocation, account segmentation, planning governance, and Anaplan Salesforce tools. • Onboarding & Delivery: Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver training through instructor-led, hands-on, and self-paced learning formats. • Training & Facilitation Skills: • Customer service, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Training design and delivery tailored to audience needs • Proficiency in instructional design tools Articulate, Canva, SCORM, LMS, and Microsoft Office • Analytical skills for identifying training gaps and improvement opportunities • Experience in process transitions, documentation DTPs, root-cause analysis
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Training Needs Analysis (TNA) - P5 • Secondary skill - Instructor-Led Training (ILT) - P5 • End-to-end Territory & Quota Planning operations • Territory design, quota allocation, segmentation, and planning cycles • Territory rebalancing, scenario modeling, and exception management • Account coverage, sales hierarchies, capacity planning, and sales excellence • Readiness execution, seller communications, and Day 1 support • Anaplan and Salesforce administration, data validation, and governance
Roles and Responsibilities: • 5 -7 years of experience in Sales Sales Operations, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Training • Training Development: Create and maintain role-based training on territory planning, quota allocation, account segmentation, planning governance, and Anaplan Salesforce tools. • Onboarding & Delivery: Lead new-hire onboarding and deliver training through instructor-led, hands-on, and self-paced learning formats. • Assessment & Coaching: Evaluate learning, certify readiness, and provide ongoing coaching to improve planning quality and process adherence. • Training Strategy: Identify capability gaps, measure training impact, and align learning with business priorities and planning cycles. • AI Enablement & Governance: Drive adoption of AI-enabled planning tools and maintain training standards, documentation, and content governance. • Advanced Excel, Salesforce CRM, Power BI Tableau, and planning tools - Anaplan, Xactly, Varicent • Agentic AI tools adoption, validation, and coaching • • Multi-lingual skills or multi-cultural experiences • • Global sales or business experience • • Strong Excel & PowerPoint proficiency required • • Anaplan , Xactly Connect , Varicent • • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt • • Supporting new transitions, Building Process maps and DTPs, Root Cause Analysis and coaching team members
