What would you do? • Lead reporting and analytics operations delivering sales insights, dashboards, business reporting and data inquiry resolution. Drive reporting accuracy, stakeholder engagement, AI enabled analytics adoption and team performance while managing reporting teams and visualization solutions.
What are we looking for? • Any Graduation • 6 to 8 years experience with 3+ years in Sales Operations or Customer Service • 2 to 3 years leading teams of 20+ resources • Experience in Software, Technology or Cloud environments preferred • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a 24x7 environment • Process & Domain Expertise • Sales, consumption and forecasting reporting • Business insights and performance analytics • Customized reporting and executive dashboards • Sales communication and risk management • Data inquiry and escalation management
Roles and Responsibilities: • Reporting & Analytics • Deliver sales, consumption and forecasting reports and insights • Manage customized reporting and executive business reviews • Lead sales communication governance and risk tracking • Resolve complex data inquiries and escalations • Own Power BI dashboards, visualizations and analytics solutions • Govern data sources, models and reporting accuracy • Drive AI enabled reporting, self service analytics and automation adoption • Ensure timely delivery, quality and SLA compliance • Team Leadership • Lead and coach reporting specialists and analysts • Support hiring, onboarding and capability development • Provide performance feedback and career growth guidance • Drive documentation, knowledge management and retention • Mentor teams on reporting, analytics and visualization best practices • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Report and Dashboard Accuracy • On Time Delivery • Customized Report Quality • SLA Attainment • Team Performance • Attrition Against Target • Execution KPIs • Report Cycle Time Reduction • Self Service Analytics Adoption • Action Item Closure Rate • Dashboard Delivery Volume • Process Improvement Implementation
