What would you do? • Execute Seller and Deal Support operations across sales support, deal coordination, quota administration and reporting. Act as process SME, support governance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure SLA and quality compliance. • The team helps assess design build and implement best practices on process organization and technology to create execute and run a collaborative sales and support roles • Good to Have Skills • Salesforce CRM • Power BI or Tableau • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt • Process Mapping • Automation Experience • Transition Support • Agentic AI Certification or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities: • Execute complex Seller and Deal Support activities independently • Support opportunity management, deal coordination and quota administration • Validate transactions, reports and sales support requests • Perform root cause analysis and resolve operational issues • Maintain SOPs, documentation and knowledge repositories • Support transitions and knowledge transfer initiatives • Act as SME for assigned processes • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives • Ensure SLA adherence, quality and data accuracy • Support reporting, governance and operational controls • Recommend productivity and quality improvements • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • SLA Adherence • Operational Accuracy • Reporting Quality • CRM Data Quality • Productivity • Process Quality • Execution KPIs • Request Turnaround Time • Root Cause Analysis Completion • SOP Updates • Knowledge Articles Created • Reporting Timeliness • Process Improvement Initiatives
