What would you do? Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serve • Carrier Relation Management, Analysis and reporting. • Access Management A Network analytics analysis which provides operators and enterprises with a deep understanding of the network, enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Analyze contracted sites and validate contract expiration terms to ensure timely renewal planning and risk mitigation. • Maintain and manage databases for contracted, expiring, and renewal sites, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Perform deep-dive analysis of eligible renewal sites to identify renewal opportunities, cost optimization, and business risks. • Conduct market pricing analysis and benchmark carrier and circuit costs against industry standards and competitive bids. • Evaluate supplier proposals and competitive bidder responses to support sourcing and contract renewal decisions. • Generate and share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders to support negotiation strategies and business objectives. • Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and client organizations. • Support and participate in carrier contract negotiations to achieve favorable commercial and operational outcomes. • Lead regular governance reviews, working sessions, and performance meetings with stakeholders. • Manage the development and distribution of operational, performance, and executive-level reports and dashboards. • Manage supplier billing validation activities to ensure billing accuracy and prevent revenue leakage. • Maintain carrier contact databases, escalation matrices, and operational documentation. • Work effectively across multiple technologies, tools, and platforms to support operational and sourcing activities. • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities, high-pressure situations, and tight deadlines while maintaining delivery quality.
