What would you do? • Conduct training for new hires and recurrent training for employees in the areas of domain, customer orientation, new products or processes, systems or tools used, etc. • Identify training needs, design curriculum and deliver domain – F&A training • Facilitate/Deliver any other domain training initiatives like domain cross training, Excel – F&A process training recap sessions etc • Train in blending learning environment that includes Instructor led training and Virtual ILT • Assess relevant training needs for individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems available. • Responsible for content research, training, outline creation and development of training modules and assessments Stay informed as to relevant skill and qualifications levels required by employees for effective performance (Client and Internal requirements) and circulate requirements and relevant information to the organization / Leadership as appropriate. Work with Capability Development Manager to produce plans to meet training, knowledge management and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary. Deliver required industry, domain, functional and client systems and process training to both new hires and existing staff Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies. Monitor, measure and report on employees’ training and development plan • Drive Knowledge Management & Training needs to achieve Business outcomes. • Training (Batch) Throughput - Includes batch attendance, retention, performance • Training Effectiveness – Process Training Certification assessment scores • Performance of the batch during nesting and on the shop floor to meet/exceed SLAs. • Adherence to timelines – Batch and Reports • Batch training feedback scores
What are we looking for? • Deep understanding of the Domain / Functional area of the Client / process • RTR F&A Knowledge as primary skill required Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. • Excellent Communication Skills - orally and in writing • Content development experience • Presentation Skills • Computer/ MS Office skills • Critical problem solving and issue resolution • Ability to multi-task •Behaviors key to the success of this position are: • Continuous improvement focus – result oriented • Motivation • Analytical thinking • Ability to Plan and Prioritize • Confidence • Positive outlook • Creative and innovative approach • Adaptability • Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines • Relationship Partnering
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
