What would you do? Job Title Specialized Resale Lead – Cloud (CL6 | Senior Manager) Location India (Global Delivery Hub) Reporting To Delivery Lead Senior Manager – Specialized Resale The Specialized Resale Lead – Cloud is accountable for end to end delivery, operational governance, and people leadership for the Specialized (Cloud) Resale portfolio within Sales Operations. The role partners closely with Market Sales and global stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely execution of complex cloud resale transactions, while driving standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across the operating model.
What are we looking for? Required • 16+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Resale, Commercial Operations, or Deal Support • Strong exposure to Cloud or Specialized Resale / complex deal structures • Proven experience leading large, multi location global teams • Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling capabilities CL6 Leadership Expectations • Operates with strategic ownership beyond direct delivery scope • Anticipates risk and influences outcomes proactively • Develops leaders and builds scalable operating models • Drives measurable operational and business impact Preferred • Experience in Accenture Sales Operations or similar enterprise environment • Exposure to cloud licensing, billing, or customized resale constructs • Experience contributing to process transformation and automation
Roles and Responsibilities: Delivery & Operations • Own end to end delivery for Specialized (Cloud) Resale across assigned markets • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality, compliance, and turnaround times for complex resale deals • Act as the final escalation point for high risk, non standard, or high value transactions • Drive operational stability, resilience, and readiness for scale Stakeholder Management • Serve as the primary operations interface with Market Sales, Cloud stakeholders, and Sales Excellence • Lead performance reviews, manage risks and dependencies, and align expectations proactively • Drive resolution of issues through clear governance and timely communication People Leadership • Lead and develop Team Leads and senior specialists within Specialized Resale • Build leadership bench strength, succession plans, and capability uplift • Partner with HR on talent planning, hiring, performance, and retention Process Excellence & Transformation • Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement • Support productivity, automation, and tooling initiatives in line with Sales Ops transformation • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, rework, or leakage Governance & Reporting • Establish strong governance, metrics, and reporting cadence • Track and act on quality, productivity, utilization, and cost indicators • Provide clear visibility to leadership on performance, risks, and priorities
