Deliver outcomes by applying multiple project execution approaches, ranging from adapting existing assets to Operations use cases, to leveraging third-party and open-source solutions for rapid delivery, to conducting research and development to create novel solutions. Collaborate with subject matter experts, data scientists, sales, and delivery teams across Accenture locations globally to deliver strategic data solutions from design through deployment. You will be a core member of Accenture Operations’ Global Applied Intelligence group—an energetic, strategic, high-visibility team focused on innovating and transforming the Accenture Operations business. You will apply machine learning and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
What are we looking for? • Extensive experience in data extraction, transformation, and preparation using SQL and/or Python • Ingest data from multiple structured and semi-structured sources (e.g., APIs, databases, files, and cloud services) • Build efficient data models (e.g., star schemas, relationships, and calculated measures) and optimize report performance • Develop transformation logic to cleanse, standardize, and enrich data • Ensure consistency of metrics, dimensions, and business logic across datasets • Implement automated data quality checks, validations, and reconciliation controls • Work with cloud-based data platforms (data lakes and data warehouses) to store and serve data securely and efficiently • 4-7 years’ experience working across the data engineering and reporting lifecycle: ingestion, storage, transformation, and summarizing data for storyboarding, with quality high check • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Build and maintain high-quality, scalable business reports with a focus on usability, performance, and clarity of insights • Translate business requirements into dashboard storyboards supported by compelling data narratives • Automate recurring reporting workflows, including data refresh, transformation, and validation
