The Business Transformation Associate Manager supports and leads insurance-focused transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, compliance, customer outcomes, and cost-to-serve. The role focuses on defining transformation vision, assessing feasibility and capability gaps, and managing end to end transformation journeys that enable profitable and sustainable growth for insurance clients.
What are we looking for? • 13–18 years of experience in Business Transformation, Consulting, or Insurance Operations / Technology Transformation • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills • Solid project / program management capability • Insurance domain exposure (Life, Annuities, P&C, Group Benefits) • Experience with process re-engineering, standardization, and digital / automation led transformation in insurance contexts • Graduate / Master’s degree • Six Sigma Black Belt • English – Expert
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Six Sigma Global Institute
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and articulate business and operating model transformation vision for insurance clients • Assess current-state capabilities, identify gaps, and define target-state models across people, process, technology, and data • Plan and manage end to end transformation roadmaps aligned to client strategy • Drive transformation across insurance value chains (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Finance & Reporting) • Identify and solve complex, multi-dimensional problems, creating solutions that require in depth evaluation of variable factors • Work within strategic direction set by senior leadership while delivering near term outcomes • Engage with senior client and Accenture stakeholders, supporting governance and decision forums • Owns complex insurance transformation workstreams • Translates strategy into execution ready transformation plans • Balances speed, risk, and regulatory discipline • Builds credibility as a trusted transformation leader with clients
