What would you do? We’re Accenture Marketing Operations. We’re the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. We are looking for someone who can drive end to end execution of client requirements and translate business needs into actionable analytical tasks. Collaborate closely with delivery teams, ensure smooth operation handovers, and support the establishment of scalable ways of working. Take ownership of campaigns and audience strategy, including validation and optimization of segmentation and selection logic. Execute adhoc and post campaign performance measurement to generate insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations that support enhanced future campaign planning. Your key objectives will be to • Leverage data to support strategic marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance • Translate business questions into structured data analysis and actionable insights • Monitor campaign performance, generate real-time insights, and provide data-backed alerts for optimization • Write clear analytical documentation, including methodology notes and campaign readouts • Execute campaign data pulls and performance analyses with high accuracy and timeliness
What are we looking for? • Understanding of audience segmentation, campaign lifecycle, targeting, ROI measurement, and campaign performance tracking frameworks • Experience in marketing/campaign analytics, with hands-on expertise in writing and optimizing advanced SQL queries for campaign performance analysis • Ability to interpret data in the context of marketing strategies, KPIs, and retail performance metrics, leveraging large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable insights • Experience in insight generation, data storytelling, and creation of concise performance reports and executive presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings derived from structured data analysis. • Comfort working with large datasets, evolving business needs, and fast-paced delivery cycles while ensuring high accuracy in reporting • Exposure to marketing campaign strategies, digital tools, transformation frameworks, and modern analytics environments (e.g., Databricks or Python-based ecosystems is a plus) • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage reporting timelines and stakeholder expectations
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
