The CL6 role acts as a senior leader within the Automation CoE, with end to end ownership for driving actionable business insights, shaping automation strategy, and partnering with global delivery leadership to accelerate intelligent automation across markets, offerings, and functions. This role influences senior stakeholders, drives measurable transformation outcomes, and steers multi market automation programs.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Own the automation strategy for a global portfolio/function/market cluster • Partner with Delivery, BT, and Market Leadership to shape automation glidepaths, define quarterly targets, and steer execution • Translate transformation goals into actionable automation roadmaps with clear sequencing, dependencies, and value expectations • Lead the design and interpretation of business insights, analyzing performance metrics, productivity levers (AHT, CU, GenAI, RPA, Minibots), and adoption trends • Convert insights into executive decisions, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required interventions • Run monthly/quarterly Outcome Reviews with global leadership • Oversee large scale automation deployments across traditional (RPA/LCNC) and next gen levers (GenAI, Agentic AI) • Partner with Delivery Leadership to industrialize automation at scale — embedding best practices, governance routines, and adoption accelerators • Ensure rapid replication of automation assets across accounts and markets • Strengthen the COE Operating Framework including intake, discovery, assessment, build, deploy and value tracking • Refine templates, KPI standards, benchmarking methods, and GenAI opportunity assessment frameworks • Ensure alignment to enterprise governance standards (DigiPortal, Automation Index, Value Realization, etc.) • Partner with business stakeholders to jointly drive the automation program across Accenture Operations, ensuring alignment on priorities, value levers, and outcomes • Collaborate with transformation teams across the globe to identify innovative practices, new methods, and next-gen approaches that strengthen the automation pipeline and accelerate value realization • Work closely with Technology teams to fast-track development and deployment of automation/GenAI-Agentic solutions, proactively addressing technical dependencies and unlocking rapid execution • Identify shortfalls in pipeline, productivity glidepaths, or account-level adoption • Intervene with Delivery leadership to unblock execution, resolve interdependencies, and steer accounts back on track • Anticipate risk patterns and recommend structural corrective actions
