What would you do? • Lead Participant Services Operations: Manage a team of Participant Service specialists/analysts to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, efficient services aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards. • Demonstrates extensive expertise in Money Out processing, Loan Department operations, Deposit Administration, Payroll and Individual Product Support, enabling the development and execution of robust operational strategies across these key retirement plan functions. • Client Acquisition & Retention Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones by offering exceptional service value and tailored solutions. • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, improve retention rates, and support business growth initiatives. • Performance Oversight & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular team meetings to review KPIs, analyze performance trends, share best practices, and implement targeted action plans to drive continuous improvement. • Team Development & Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring to team leads, fostering leadership development, domain expertise, and a high-performance culture. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—including operations, compliance, IT, and HR—to align efforts and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. • Domain & Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep and current understanding of the US Retirement industry, including the end-to-end Money Out processing, Loan Department operations, Deposit Administration, Payroll and Individual Product Support, regulatory changes, technological advancements • Domain & Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep and current understanding of the US Retirement industry, including the end-to-end Money Out processing, Loan Department operations, Deposit Administration, Payroll and Individual Product Support, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and emerging market trends. • Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct regular audits and reviews of client accounts to ensure full compliance with internal governance protocols and external regulatory requirements. • Executive Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership, covering operational performance, client satisfaction metrics,
What are we looking for? • Govern daily cash management processes, including execution of daily and night-cycle cash edits, monitoring of remittances, rollover cases, and processing of non-standard or off-platform funding. • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate general ledger postings, escalation of accounting entries, and alignment with financial controls. • Monitor and review daily deposit reconciliations, drive root-cause analysis for discrepancies, and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Establish and maintain strong controls, metrics, and quality checks to manage exceptions, reduce operational risk, and improve processing efficiency. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and automation efforts to enhance service delivery and operational resilience. • Provide escalation management and voice support with professionalism, clarity, and sound judgment. • ASPPA certified o Retirement Plan Fundamentals – RPF o Qualified 401(k) Administrator - QKA o Qualified 401(k) Consultant- QKC
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
