What would you do? Manage planning, procurement, distribution and aftermarket service supply chain operations, helping clients realize $5 for every $1 spent on our services Fulfill in supply chain planning refers to the process of completing customer orders by ensuring products are picked, packed, and delivered efficiently. It involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations. The goal is to ensure that orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled. Assess, design, build and Implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing. Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
What are we looking for? • Responsible for executing defined scope of work agreed with the client and making sure the SLA & KPI targets are consistently met. • Ensure effective customer and supplier relationships and support the business needs. • Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement. • Understand incoming requests, check quality requirements, follow up with requester where required (by phone, email) to ensure specifications of the Purchase Requisitions. • Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. •• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers • Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders • Update requisition / PO creation process. • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations. Purchase Order Creation: • Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers • Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders Vendor Communication: • Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance, delivery schedules, past due cases. • Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues if any. • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues promptly. Order Tracking and Management: • Monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. • Track shipments and communicate with suppliers to address any delays or issues. • Coordinate with receiving departments to confirm receipt of ordered items and resolve discrepancies as needed. •Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred. • Proven experience in purchase order management or procurement role. • Strong diligence and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Effective communication, prioritize workload. • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
