What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. The Regional SEM Manager will lead the planning, execution oversight, and performance management of Enterprise Search Engine Marketing (SEM) program across EMEA. This role is responsible for ensuring paid search strategies align with Enterprise GTM priorities and are executed in close coordination with SEO and GEO initiatives.
What are we looking for? • 8–10+ years of experience in SEM or digital marketing with regional or global scope. • Expert-level experience in Google Ads. • Strong experience in Microsoft Advertising. • Proven experience managing large enterprise SEM budgets. • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and Enterprise GTM models. • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Search Ads 360 (SA360). • Exposure to Analytics 360. • Familiarity with SEO and emerging GEO / AI-driven search concepts. • Experience working with global or matrixed marketing teams.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do drive, analyze and solve complex problems SEM Strategy & Regional Leadership • Lead the regional SEM strategy for EMEA in alignment with global Enterprise GTM frameworks. • Translate global search priorities into executable regional SEM plans. • Act as the primary SEM point of contact for EMEA stakeholders. • Ensure SEM supports priority business units, platforms, and pipeline objectives. Budget Planning & Governance • Own regional SEM budget planning, allocation, and pacing. • Monitor spend and proactively rebalance budgets to maximize ROI. • Enforce bid caps, budget controls, and escalation processes. • Ensure compliance with enterprise governance standards. Campaign Oversight & Execution Quality • Oversee SEM execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. • Ensure campaigns follow approved structures, naming conventions, and QA standards. • Guide SEM Analysts on campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bidding, and targeting. • Ensure timely and error-free campaign launches across EMEA markets. Integration with SEO & GEO • Ensure alignment between SEM, SEO, and GEO strategies. • Prevent keyword cannibalization and duplication across paid and organic search. • Use SEM insights to inform SEO content and GEO optimization priorities. • Align paid search messaging with enterprise and GEO narratives. Performance Management & Optimization • Own regional performance targets including CPC, CPA, and pipeline contribution. • Review weekly and monthly performance reports. • Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. • Drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication • Deliver clear, executive-ready performance insights. • Lead regional SEM performance reviews and QBRs. • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership. People & Vendor Management • Manage and mentor Regional SEM Analysts. • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as required. • Ensure delivery quality, accountability, and team development.
