What would you do? The Performance & Career Mgmt. Analyst will interact with client resources via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc. and will be responsible for that interaction till all relevant actions are completed on it.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Handle the complete offboarding process for employees, including resignations, retirements, terminations, and other separation scenarios. • Ensure all exit-related tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines. • Ensure compliance with local laws, and client-specific requirements during the exit process. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of exit documentation, including clearance forms, final settlements, and exit interview feedback. • Provide input for final payroll adjustments • Coordinate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate and timely settlements. • Ensure timely deactivation of employee access to systems, tools, and facilities in collaboration with IT and Security teams. • Track and manage the return of company assets, such as laptops, access cards, and other equipment. • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the exit process and propose improvements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience. • Update and maintain process documentation, including DTPs. • Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Legal, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless offboarding experience. • Act as a point of contact for exit-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders. • Track and report key exit process metrics, such as attrition rates, compliance adherence, and process turnaround times. • Provide regular updates to leadership on exit process performance and trends. • Ensure a professional and empathetic offboarding experience for employees. • Address and resolve employee concerns or disputes related to the exit process. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the exit process, providing guidance and support to team members. • Conduct training sessions for new team members and ensure knowledge transfer of process updates
