What would you do? • Create and manage Ariba Sourcing events including RFI, RFP, RFQ, auctions, and project templates. • Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing projects within Ariba. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define sourcing strategies. • Manage supplier onboarding, communication, and performance tracking. • Configure and customize Ariba Sourcing modules, templates, forms, and workflows. Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Create and manage Ariba Sourcing events including RFI, RFP, RFQ, auctions, and project templates. • Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing projects within Ariba. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define sourcing strategies. • Manage supplier onboarding, communication, and performance tracking. • Configure and customize Ariba Sourcing modules, templates, forms, and workflows. • Maintain sourcing documentation, event timelines, and audit compliance. • Analyze sourcing data and provide insights to drive cost savings and process improvements. • Troubleshoot Ariba-related issues and coordinate with SAP support where necessary. • Train internal teams on Ariba sourcing processes, best practices, and system usage. • Work closely with Procurement, AP, and Category Management teams to support sourcing initiatives. • Responsible for supplier communication, handling their queries, and providing support related to catalogs and guided buying processes • An individual with hands-on experience in both Ariba S2C and S2P modules • Handling invoice exception cases (price mismatches, quantity variances, missing PO details, duplicate invoices, etc.) and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
