What would you do? We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Scrum Master to guide and coach cross-functional teams in Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, enabling teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles • Remove impediments and manage risks • Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management • Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • 4+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
