What would you do? Designated point of contact between Accenture and NVS for any training related matters. Ensure all the training processes are conducted in accordance with training requirements of the engagement
What are we looking for? Educational • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences; Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science with relevant Pharmacovigilance experience. Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance; 3 years of experience in managing teams preferred • Thorough knowledge of medical terminology including knowledge of applicable dictionaries like MedDRA and WHO-Drug • Good Communication Skills • Analytical Ability • Technology skills: experience with MS office, knowledge of safety database • Automation technology as applicable for the role • Strong English Language proficiency (Reading and Writing) • Good English Language proficiency (Listening and Speaking)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Ensure all the training processes are conducted in accordance with training requirements of the engagement. • Ensure all trainings are completed based on the training and mentoring plan/training curriculum and maintain the quality system to ensure deviations are documented appropriately, if any. • Ensure all training documents are archived in individual employee folders and all training related folders are updated regularly. • Oversee the access management system and provide necessary approvals. • Regularly review and update training material. • Perform the training need analysis, review and revise the processes and/or documents at any time if changes /modifications are needed are identified. • Coordinate with quality review team to cascade feedback and facilitate CAPA implementation. • Maintain the quality system to ensure deviations are documented appropriately, if any. • Updates the training curriculum as per the changes. • Perform the responsibilities of learning administrator i.e., generate online compliance reports as per the agreed. • Ensure training compliance is met as per a contractual agreement. • Designated point of contact between Accenture and NVS for any training related matters. • Participate in audits (Accenture and client) and inspections, when required. • Plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables. • Perform daily responsibilities in accordance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions and client policies. • Identify, support, and implement continuous improvement activities. • Escalate issues or tasks outside the normal scope of work. Client Management • Ensure adherence to Client’s policies and procedures. • Liaise with onshore and client to ensure client goals are met. • Build good relationship with the client Resource Management • Work with HR to address any employee issues as well as timely action on HR related documentation. People Management and Motivation • Ensure team members plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverables. • Provide feedback to team members for quality and efficiency improvement and ensure necessary corrective measures are taken. • Recognize performers with center and deal awards. • Recruit and hire new employees. • Ensure team members plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet timelines.
