What would you do? Manage overall project level metrics, reporting and workflow in line with organization expectations and project requirement
What are we looking for? Educational • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 year of experience in reporting or performance analysis preferred. • Technology skills: strong experience with MS office • Knowledge of safety database, reporting solutions and automation technology as applicable for the role • Creative approach to problem solving and good lateral thinking skills. • Good leadership abilities. • High energy and drive to lead large teams. • Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment • Strong English Language proficiency
Roles and Responsibilities: • Work with offshore personnel in forecasting the supply of work. Based on the forecasted supply, work with the offshore management team in resource planning.• Calculate capacity available in each team and take necessary steps to move resources if required.• Oversee production details on daily, monthly and yearly basis and report to the management.• Identify areas of concern and highlight to management.• Discuss production status in management meetings and other forums like floor announcements.• Update offshore, onshore managers and Client personnel on metrics on regular basis.• Oversee tools development to help in efficient and / accurate tracking of metrics. • Ensure the tools are maintained and if required, updated to help in accurate reporting.• Provide support to general management areas like employee satisfaction, transport, etc.• Work allocation and prioritization - alerting and tracking until closure to ensure adherence to internal and client timelines for submissions.• Coordinate for monthly meetings, team meetings, etc.• Train and manage a team of personnel in Service Management areas• Ensure adherence to output targets and prioritization adherence at desired levels.• Provide technical support and guidance wherever needed.• Analyze MIS and take corrective action where required.• Supports audits and inspections, develop and implement corrective/preventive action plansGeneric Responsibilities• Escalate issues or tasks outside the normal scope of work.• Evaluate the team’s performance for productivity, quality and other activities and implement steps to improve performance.• Perform daily responsibilities in accordance to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), conventions.• Identify, support, and implement continuous improvement activities.• Ensure compliance with Business policy and contractual requirements of Accenture. • Plan, organize, and manage daily work to meet service level timelines and deliverablesClient Management• Ensure adherence to Client’s policies and procedures.• Liaise with onshore and client to ensure client goals are met
