What would you do? This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? •Ensure all Knowledge capture activities are on track and call out risks proactively due to non conformity of plans •Ability to manage multiple stakeholders •Written and verbal communication •Collaboration and interpersonal skills •Ability to meet deadlines & perform under pressure •Report and govern with the mobilization program manager for all knowledge capture activities. •Plan and report mitigation plans for all training backlogs. •Report KT non performance of KT Travelers and mitigation plans •Understand the assessment methodology for Gate 1, Gate 2 & Gate 3 •Enable KT resources to clear stage gate assessment with 100% success •Report and call out KT resource performance issue and suggest mitigation •Work with the mob team to finalize the no of DTPs to be created for each process under transition •Experience in KYC & AML •Agree on the DTP review and reporting mechanism internally and with the client. •Act as the first review and sign off point for all the DTPs created by the KT resources. •Ensure all DTPs are updated with changes recommended and shared with the client for sign off •Agree with the client on the version control practices and periodic review of DTPs •Agree on the process change management timelines •Training Needs Analysis (TNA) •Stakeholder Management •Client Management •Know Your Customer (KYC) •Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
