Roles and Responsibilities: Operation Management (Summary) Manage consistent, accurate, and measurable Compensation operations across geographies, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, regulatory requirements, and special procedures. Drive Business Excellence initiatives and collaborate with excellence teams as needed. Identify and raise quality or scope issues, improving decision-making and process effectiveness. Monitor and enhance process metrics; maintain strong knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; support performance reporting. Handle escalations, resolve client issues, and seek guidance on complex problems. Maintain and test Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with relevant teams. Create realistic project plans, document progress, and ensure follow-through on actions. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective/preventive measures. Own and update process documentation; support knowledge transfer and continuous learning. Participate in internal/client process initiatives and business meetings. Review dashboards regularly to ensure accurate process visibility. Coordinate with Local IT on technology issues and support during client visits. Foster a positive work environment through strong teamwork and professional behavior.
