What are we looking for? • Graduate in any stream. • Experience in the UK Pension domain (mandatory) • Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements. • Good verbal & written communication skills • Good typing skills and attention to detail. • Good time management skills. Ability to work independently • Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Client Administration (Mandatory). • Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 6+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance. • Must have experience in SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) Support, Client Project Management, Sales Support and Private Funds, Adviser Servicing, Client Relations.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the delivery of SIPP support services, ensuring accurate processing of contributions, investments, transfers, and withdrawals in line with regulatory rules and regulations. • Oversee administration of private fund investments within SIPPs, including due diligence, documentation, and compliance checks. • Ensure operational controls are in place to manage risk and maintain audit readiness across all SIPP-related activities. • Act as the primary escalation point for complex client queries, adviser requests, and service issues. • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers, wealth managers, and clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. • Monitor service levels and implement improvements to enhance the client and adviser experience. • Partner with sales and business development teams to support onboarding of new SIPP clients and advisers. • Provide operational insights and feedback to improve product offerings, service models, and adviser engagement strategies. • Lead training and mentoring initiatives to upskill team members in client servicing and SIPP administration. • Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
