What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation A set of tasks that include managing Scope & Contract , Stakeholders and Financials along with the overall delivery management from requirements through deploy.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 18 to 28 years of relevant experience out of which 10+ years in technology delivery, program management, or digital transformation leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other delivery methodologies. • Excellent project management skills, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred. • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology programs and cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and emerging tech trends is a plus. • Domain knowledge of at least one F&A tower i.e. Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and FPnA • Strategic thinking and problem-solving • Leadership and team-building • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Roles and Responsibilities: • Leadership & Strategy o Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals. o Define and implement technology delivery frameworks and best practices to improve efficiency and quality. o Drive technology transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and modernize legacy systems. • Project & Program Management o Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing scope, schedule, risks, and resources effectively. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery. o Monitor and report on project progress, escalating issues and managing dependencies proactively. • Stakeholder Management o Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and technology teams to understand needs and expectations. o Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Change Management o Lead organizational change efforts related to technology adoption and process improvements. o Develop and execute communication, training, and engagement plans to support transformation initiatives. • Continuous Improvement o Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery capabilities and operational efficiency. o Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning within the technology teams.
