What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Process of embarking on a journey where the importance of technology as a source of innovation has been identified as a critical success factor for increased market competitiveness. Reflecting the importance of technology in business consideration of improving business value by working on technological aspects of the product or services. It requires understanding of combination of different technologies, their integration and interaction that makes the product or service
What are we looking for? - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - Must have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC framework. - Experience in Application Deployment Tools & Automation - Strong in deployment packaging, web.config transformations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns. - Good in Defect Analysis & Management Skills (RCA, Defect Triage, Test Script Validation) - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version Control & Branching Strategies, particularly proficiency in Git. - Familiar with integrating GenAI APIs into ASP.NET applications (CWB) - Familiar with Security and governance awareness while using AI services (data privacy, usage monitoring). - Basic understanding of Functional flow of collections & dispute process - Familiarity with Azure DevOps - Managing deployment-related change requests, approvals, and incident resolution
Roles and Responsibilities: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required. - Work from office minimum 3days a week
