What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that primarily rely on digital tools and technologies. It encompasses managing tasks, resources, timelines, and communication channels to ensure successful project outcomes in the digital realm.
What are we looking for? The DPM is the professional responsible for coordinating the delivery of services into key enterprise customers, interacting with several project managers and their respective projects, tracking duties and deliverables. As part of his role the DPM has to focus on create strong and long-terms customer relationships acting as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams. The DPM governance is across all areas of their services including incident and change management always with the main goal to improve the customer satisfaction ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities: •Hands-on / Conceptual Technical Skills • Required: o Building a personal relationship with key client staff. o Succesful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction o Monitoring overall performance of services. o Excellent communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things to happen. o Collaborating with Sr. management on client account management and growth and opportunities. o Ensuring operations teams are aware of expectative and business needs. o Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings. o Review financial reports and supporting documentation for funders as outlined in funding agreements by projects. o Working with the client and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities. • A plus: o PMP Certified o Agile Certified o Scrum Certified o Six Sigma Certified Soft Skills: • Excellent, Oral and written English communication • Strong leadership • Have the ability to Influence positively to achieve goals and deadlines • Experience on Conflict resolutions • Be capable to execute negotiations • Know how and when delegate • Generate clear and functional reports Possible Academic Background: • Computer science, Management, Project Manager, Information Technology, Tags or keywords: • develop*, Program*, MS Project, MS Office, Manager, Project Manager, Production, websites, UI, User Interface, Development
