What would you do? A CSR has to play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction. They interact with customers via various channels, such as phone, email, or chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude. They also document customer interactions and feedback to help improve products and services and maintain positive customer relationship.
