Job description:
Job Summary:
Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals.
The Client Insight and Impact lead is responsible for the daily management of the global Client Insights and Lookbooks team that creates client insight assets. The lead manages the demand and resources for Client Insight Lookbooks, builds relationships with internal customers to ensure they are receiving the right information in a timely manner, as well as directing the team and delivering quality work. This individual is responsible for ensuring deliverables are legally compliant and has culturally relevant and appropriate information globally. The candidate will execute the team support strategy and elevate the automation and innovation related to the service.
Primary responsibilities include:

•Manage team and ensure team agility and productivity through scheduling and prioritizing work
•Support Accenture’s growing pipeline of relationships and opportunities to achieve the 2025 sales goals – creating approximately 1,226 lookbook profiles/year
•Deliver accurate, high-quality outputs and develop team member’s skills as necessary
•Knowledgeable of global personal data requirements to ensure compliance in all work products
•Stay apprised of global cultural norms and intricacies to ensure deliverables have relevant and appropriate content
•Execute data retention and deletion strategy
•Collaborate with stakeholders across S&PP and Accenture to deliver best in class service and content
•Ensure high customer satisfaction of team’s deliverables
•Execute the evolution and elevation of the service
•Foster collaborative, innovative, and positive team environment
•Continually learn and develop to evolve support and impact to the business with the latest predictive intelligence tools and methodologies
•Manage learning and development of team members including upskilling to ensure relevancy and impact
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
•Native level fluency in English
•Bachelor’s degree minimum
•Excellent proof-reading and editing skills
•High cultural competence and awareness
•Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
•Experience in research and/or content curation
•Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills
•Ability to lead a virtual, cross-cultural team
Educational Qualification
Must have:
Undergraduate, Bachelor’s degree
Good to have:

Must have:
•Strong storytelling experience and deep familiarity with editorial guidelines.
•Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
•A high level of competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
•Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
•Ability to work independently and in virtual environment.

•Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs
