- Project Role :Program/Project Management Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : -Workplan management support; keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies -Project metrics reporting and project finance management -Support Status Report generation -Track actuals on a weekly basis, including timesheet creation, timesheet completion compliance, and timesheet approval compliance -Support deliverables management, support deliverable approval process and maintain the deliverables repository -Support Risk and Issue Management
- Technical Experience : -2- 4 years of experience in project management support within professional services -Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word -Knowledge of MS Project is an advantage -Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage -Knowledge of financial processes eg invoicing and budgeting -ITIL
- Professional Attributes : -Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using an appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
- Educational Qualification : Full-Time Graduate
- Additional Information : ITIL certification PMP certification
