- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1-Candidate should have basic / good troubleshooting knowledge in Windows, VMware, Linux, Unix, networking and contact center. 2-Basic knowledge in IT Infrastructure monitoring, specifically on servers, network, cloud, Contact center (Voice) components. 3-Needs to handle L1 and L1.5 level of incident, Service request and Change for Network infra (router, switches, Wireless AP, Wireless LAN controller and Meraki appliances), Server infra with Windows, VMware, Linux, Unix operating system, Cloud operations and Contact center operations
- Technical Experience : 1-At least 1- or 2-years hands on experience in Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Microsoft Windows Server Administration, VMware Administration, Network infra management, Cloud Ops and Contact center Infra. 2-Candidate should respond immediately on the infrastructure’s incidents which comes through event management and provide resolution within the agreed SLA. 3-Needs to coordinate with various internal teams, external vendor, and service provider to fix Infrastructure related Level 1 / 1.5 incidents and Service Requests. 4-Timely escalation, regular updates to management should be done as on when required
- Professional Attributes : 1-Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2-Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3-Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree BE, BTech or equivalent Degree
