Job description:
Centers of Expertise (COEs) are responsible for designing, building and communicating HR policies, processes and programs that deliver the long-term HR strategy and goals of our business. The HR Total Rewards CoE is managing Accenture’s global rewards strategy, philosophy, global processes, programs, and policies ‘end to end’ and center led to ensure a consistent approach and experience for our people working for Accenture across the globe.

The ‘CoE Total Rewards Partner’ team consists of multiple total rewards experts across countries who are the main strategic partner for global rewards process stakeholders across the Markets, Market Units and Services. This role is particularly looking for a CoE Total Rewards Partner Senior Manager leading our CoE Rewards partnership with India, which is our largest geography. Responsibilities include.
• Collaborate with India Rewards leadership & team to innovate, co-create, activate and deliver our global rewards strategy in a market relevant way for India (includes rewards vision and strategy setting, review and optimization of all rewards programs incl. salary ranges, bonus and allowances, benefits, rewards decision-making frameworks and governance for all annual, midyear, off cycle activities)
• Provide all India rewards stakeholders with visibility to and guidance on the global rewards processes, helping them to navigate responsibilities and collaborate & engage with the CoE teams and other working partners
• act as key conduit between India and the global Total Rewards CoE, collaborate effectively with the functional disciplines of the global Rewards CoE (e.g., Market Intelligence, Executive compensation, compensation strategy & design) to provide guidance and share best practices to the local teams along the end-to-end rewards process
In addition, this role will be expected to drive or contribute to special global Rewards CoE projects and initiatives that are targeted to activate particular parts of our global rewards strategy, programs or processes to ensure continued alignment with our overall HR talent strategy and agenda.

• Multi years’ experience with HR transformation and complex program management focuses on achieving project / program goals and objectives; take responsibility for delivering professional high-quality work to deadline.
• Experience in effectively working with different cultural teams and adopting communications, work deliverables with an understanding of different cultural backgrounds.
• Solid functional background at intersection of Finance/HR (3+ years) and understand of key business metrics (finance and talent KPIs)
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
• Recognizes and manages potential issues and barriers during assignments
• Professional, quickly establishes personal credibility, builds effective relationships across different cultures and demonstrates expertise
• Experience of working within a fast-paced corporate environment
