The Business Operations Senior Research Analyst will support directly Accenture Research Chief Operating Officer and Accenture Research Global Talent Lead. Responsibilities will include collecting and synthesizing information from researchers, tracking and monitoring progress on key initiatives, producing key performance indicators and creating presentations on progress and impact. The role will require a strong capacity for synthesis, analytical mind and problem-solving skills, quantitative skills and accuracy, and a passion for strategic research. Flexibility, ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and an eagerness to learn and apply new skills and knowledge are of paramount importance.
The Business Operations Senior Research analyst will have the opportunity to work on the following
• Global Thought leadership programs and points of view incl. tracking our pipeline of more than 100 publications throughout their lifecyle, be an ambassador of our quality process, analysis of the content of our publications leveraging data science technics.
• Accenture Research activity reports incl. preparing monthly, quarterly and annual publications on our activities across the globe.
• Accenture Research Talent agenda, incl. recruitment and onboarding of new joiners, training & coaching program, performance management.
About the role
ROLE Business Operations Research Senior Analyst/ CL10
INNOVATION • Assists and supports the development of impactful progress reports and presentations on key Accenture Research initiatives, guided by the Research lead.
DATA DRIVEN • Analyze, visualize, and interpret data/information from multiple sources
• Accenture is a data-driven organization! You will need to understand and audit the data needed to underpin value-added analysis
• Update our tracking tools and share results regularly
• Can build dashboards and insightful visualization using BI tools like Power BI/Qlik
REPUTATION • At ease with number crunching
• Can synthesize efficiently and with accuracy information
• Can easily work with Excel, Ppt and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
IMPACT • Deliverables focused on Accenture Research with major and long-lasting impact
• Credible in presenting work and results

We are looking for someone who has a comprehensive skill set:
• Hard skills:
o Strong grasp of data, with ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret
o An appetite to use data creatively to produce impactful analysis and presentations drive business outcomes
o Able to learn and embrace new sources, tools, and skills, including alternative modes of research delivery/data visualization tools also a plus (e.g., Power BI, Qlik etc.). Eventually must be able to develop dashboards on Power BI/Qlik.

• A bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, engineering, computer science or other related areas.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in relevant fields) preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience
• Business research experience, preferably in a consulting environment, market research firm, think tank, financial institution, or other third party research organization or demonstrated equivalent skill
