Job description:
Job Summary

Business Operations team has expertise in business process, system procedures in MME and other applications design. They have deep knowledge of different MME pages and reports; understand how each page of MME works technically and the dependencies across the application. They are responsible for researching defects that are escalated from the Tier 1 team and CIO Service Desk and either providing an answer to the team explaining why the defect is not valid or confirming that a defect/design gap has been identified. It will be required to work closely with CIO team and to understand the technicalities of the applications supported and the how their interfaces are linked & working with other applications like SAP, MRDR, Service Now, etc.
Key Responsibilities
? MME Issue Management (55%)
1. Manage and Maintain New Defects & Service Requests:
a. Continuously monitor TFS for new defects, review for thoroughness & analyze for validity (Prior to Daily Operations Call).
b. Periodically review all open Defects & Service Requests for duplicates and items to be closed (weekly).
2. Resolve Defects & Service Requests:
a. Participate in share outs with Development Team.
b. Retest defects and service requests in a lower test environment as they are resolved.
c. Coordinate retesting/share outs with Tier 1 team members, when necessary.
3. Validate Data
a. Perform data validations comparing MME to SAP for accuracy (as needed)
? MME Release Testing (40%)
1. Participate in Product Test for major releases.
2. Conduct thorough testing prior to all minor releases.
3. Assist with the completion of cutover tasks prior to go-live of all new releases:
a. Regression Testing (PT, Staging, Production Environments).
4. Assist CIO Operations team with creation and updating of Product Test scripts, scenarios and conditions (as needed).
? MME Internal Controls (5%)
1. Execute monthly/quarterly/annual Internal Controls related to the MME application and Data/Interfaces:
a. Total of 15 controls are currently in place for MME.
2. Archive all control documentation and sign-offs on SharePoint site for reference during internal controls reviews.
3. Maintain all process documents and job aids related to control execution for reference during Annual KPMG Walkthrough.
? Communications (Ad-Hoc)
1. Assist with the creation of communications regarding application defects.
2. Promptly communicate with T1 Global teams with respect to priority Service Requests and Defects
3. Create and update finance process documents dealing with MME functionality

? Product Competency and Team Collaboration (on-going)
1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of MME, including enhancements and new functionality.
2. Develop and maintain relationships within CFM to stay connected to the community and its requirements.
3. Proactively and collaboratively work to maintain constant communication with other finance team members.

Comfortable in working in a team collaborative environment. ? Exhibit good follow-up and follow through skills. ? Ability to work a flexible schedule within a global team to support global users. ? Ability to work on several problems simultaneously. ? Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times. ? Ability to work with broad range of experience levels, excellent executive presence. ? Must be a “self-starter”, strong administrative skills. ? Strong technical aptitude with applications. External Relationships: MME End State Tier 1 and 3, CIO MME Operations, SAP OTC, Support Architects, CFM End Users, CFM SMEs, Finance Champions, Corporate Finance – Internal Auditors, External Auditors, Delivery Champions Qualifications ? Education: Any Graduate ? Recommended Certifications, Licenses, etc.: None ? Work Experience: 2 or more years ? Work Requirements: Travel dependent on location.
