- Project Role :Business Analyst
- Project Role Description :Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

- Key Responsibilities : a: Business requirements gathering b: High level business solution design, which may cover aspects of customer journey design, policy design, business process design, business procedure design c: Evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions d: Traceability of requirements and solution design into subsequent design activity e: Analysis for key decisions made by the Project sponsor or steering committee f: Interact with vendor and other teams
- Technical Experience : a: Experience in Retail Banking/Cards/Payments/Regulatory n Compliance/CDD/KYC/AML areas of banking domain is required b: Work with the Visual Designer on UI and UX c: Work with Business, Risk, Compliance, Development Teams d: Work on/Own Epics User stories and swim-lane e: Experience in working with global stake holders directly
- Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams b: Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues c: Takes ownership of problems through resolution
