- Project Role :Technology OpS Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.

- Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide L2 Network Support and troubleshooting 2 Deliver the result by adhered to the defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, BS25999 3 Flexibility towards working on shifts 4 Good understand of the Network Architecture of the Organization and ability to deliver results as per the timelines 5 Front End Internal, External, and client audits and work towards the closure of the findings Mandatory Skills 1 Strong technical knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting any of the firewalls pre
