- Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
- Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

- Key Responsibilities : A- Must have advanced level of hands on knowledge in troubleshooting Microsoft Azure Networks B - Good to have routing/switching , F5 Load balancer firewall technologies knowledge C-Ability to manage the details of compliance with policies, standards and industry frameworks D-Participate in a team environment to provide input, meet established objectives, lead individual projects, and share in team success
- Technical Experience : A: Experience in Routing and switching, B:Azure networking Hands-on experience Cisco / Other routing and switching enterprise network Good exposer on Enterprise-wide network Management C:Working knowledge on networking devices troubleshooting and performance Knowledge on routing and switching protocols Knowledge on Azure networking components D:Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Professional Attributes : A- Flexible to work on 24x7 environment
- Educational Qualification : UG :BCA in Computers, BSc in Any Specialization, BTech/BE in Any Specialization
