- Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
- Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Design and implement EMC Unity, VNX NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning 2 Administer Fiber Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches 3 Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Recovery point and SnapMirror 4 Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions 5 Create and update documentation for storage procedures
- Technical Experience : 1 Should have sound experience in providing L3 support for Storage Management and support on NetApp Cluster mode and EMC VNX Unity 2 Should have sound experience in NetApp C Mode Data Ontap, EMC Unity, VNX, High Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone 3 Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols 4 Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected 5 Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches
- Professional Attributes : 1 Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills 2 Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills 3 Supervise the team 4 Perform team management roles 5 Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule
- Educational Qualification : 15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards
