- Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
- Project Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

- Key Responsibilities : Should have been part of at least thought machine implementation across the world - Hands on experience of configuring / customizing the TM product - Good understanding of Banking knowledge preferably India - Good technical aptitude to understand the architecture of TM - Good communication skills to interact with Tech Leads Business Leads from bank
- Technical Experience : Mandatory Core Banking Vault Experience in Thought Machine Excellent problem solving skills, ability to communicate solutions Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience writing commercial or open source software Experience analysing requirements, creating specifications and working with engineering functions to implement solutions Desire and ability to learn and work with engineers to evolve the technical aspects of Vault Interest in working on c
- Professional Attributes : Analyse and validate business requirements, translating into technical specifications/requirements Evaluate core platform changes versus client specific requests Implement Vault workflows and Python smart contract code from client requirements Software Engineering Implement helper libraries, tooling
