The role… focus on building and creating best in class client stories that that showcase the Applied in New Applied Now. Partner with your colleagues in M&C and throughout Accenture to deliver messages to our key audiences. Operate as part of a seamless, global collective of storytelling experts – with local expertise, helping to provide insights that are unique to Growth Markets. Assist the brand team on global campaigns as needed when client stories are involved. Assist the practice with case study assistance as requested. Support Global Client Story Lead by identifying and developing client stories that reinforce our innovative brand story. Ensure our highest quality, most relevant stories surfaced, promoted and maintained.

This global role will also help drive an effort across M&C to identify efficiencies in client story development.
Includes internal and external research as well as some writing. Responsible for maintaining pipeline that an ensure priority stories are maintained by their owners. Provide local support and guidance on client story development as well as work closely with marketing & sales leads and global client account leads

Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree

Skills: Content customization, Key message development, Critical thinking/ business judgment, Client case study/credential creation, People communications.

Knowledge of, and passion for storytelling with the ability to create and develop multi-faceted stories to align to multiple channels
Also:
• Project management experience.
• Strong business acumen, ideally within a professional services organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with and direct external suppliers, third party vendors, agencies, and relevant external networks.

Experience: 4+ years marketing and/or journalism/content writing & development experience, able to manage complex pipeline and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented

• Project management experience.
• Strong business acumen, ideally within a professional services organization.

• Drive story capturing and writing excellence and superior execution.
• Attention to story detail in all channels so that messages are consistent.
• Facilitate and champion seamless integration across the entire Brand team.
• Be a collaborator, within the transformed M&C organization, to champion, educate, and review all client case studies to ensure strategic alignment to global strategy, while also flexible in each geography for local relevance.
• Collaborate on tool and template design and creation and ensure continuity in story as well as client information captured in tools and templates
• Conduct internal and external research to develop the right story
