- Key Responsibilities : A:Services Request / Request Management Production, non-production B:Production / UAT / Pre-Prod / Development / Test / DR Environment support for the In-scope application C:Ticketing Management attending, updating resolving Tickets D:Execution, Monitoring Support of End of Day EOD / Start of Day SOD activities E:Data Extraction from existing stored procedures based on data query language F:Should have good communication skills and analytical skills F:Ability to work with discipline in 24 x 7
- Technical Experience : A:Minimum 15 to 2 years of experience in supporting feedback collection from customer Credit/Debit Cards B:Basic knowledge of CRM applications and customer KYC process C:Basic knowledge and hands on experience PL SQL, Java, Net D:Basic knowledge of Card Functionalities, Middleware/Switch etc E:Issues / Incident / Outage management F:Must have CRM Application Monitoring exposure
