Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Incumbent will be part of the Human Resource Strategy and Transformation offering with T&O. The role holder will support our clients in the development of their HR and Talent Strategies and will advise them on the design and implementation of global HR transformation programmes. The role holder will support the offering lead in developing the client base under the offering and solution projects in the areas of HRST. Manage the delivery of HRST engagements at client site and in day to day interactions. Manage project team under a global distributed delivery model, coach the project team, monitor and control the project budget, resource management and highlight risks to the Program Manager. Will need to deal with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

Work Experience –

• Candidates should have 5 - 8 years work experience of which at least 3+ years of experience in delivering SuccessFactor Implementation Projects with a focus on Employee Central
• Experience in design and implementation of Global HR Transformation programmes
• Experience in HR Service Delivery model and HR Operating Model design
• Experience in HR Process design to enable HR Technology implementation
• Knowledge of Cloud HR System Processes
• Knowledge of ERP and other Cloud HCM Solutions
• Experience in implementing clients’ requirements into an HR IT-systemExperience in SF - Employee Central Processes & related configurations
• Project management skills including establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms
• Communication and presentation skills
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to work in teams, guide and support team members
• Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SSAP SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HCM etc is a plus.
• Able to travel extensively

• Master’s degree • SF – EC certification
