•Offer creation on ATAS
•Coordinate with BGC vendors, candidates, recruiters to meet hiring deadlines. Arrange for system access, laptops etc.
•Ensure all internal and external activities / timelines are met
•Attend Daily/weekly calls with the recruiters to discuss the candidate status
•Pay close attention to details and quality of written and verbal communication
•Seeks advice and escalates issues outside normal scope of job
•Highlight possible issues/ delays/ hurdles in meeting hiring deadlines
•Identify and highlight process gaps if any and get process documentation updated
•Participates in various internal or client initiatives related to Process
•Support Team lead / SME with Daily stats / reporting and BE
•Assist new joiners by being their buddy
•Outlook mailbox/ Group mailbox
•MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
•Knowledge on TALEO and SIEBEL will be an added advantage
•Should be a graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Ready to work in any shift operations
•Must have the ability to take judgmental decisions in line with the requirement to directly influence SLA’s and OLA’s
