- Project Role :Application Support Engineer
- Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : 1 Strong LANDesk EPM skills Act as a Subject Matter 2 Expert in the field 3 Expert in Desktop security options and alternatives 4 Expert troubleshooting skills including SSO troubleshooting 5 Expert software repackaging skills 6 Expert User Workspace Manager UWM and 7 Environment manager skills 8 Expert GPOs knowledge 9 Resolve incidents related to image management, software deployment and general workstation issues
- Technical Experience : 1 Need 4 to 8 years L2 L3 level hands-on experience as a LANDesk / SCCM administrator 2 Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on below areas: a Win10 Gold Image creation b Application deployment c Drivers deployment d Hardening of Operating System hardening with skills on domain joining as well 3 Minimum 3 to 4 years experience on daily activities performed on LANDesk / SCCM tool like Monthly 4Patching deployment and troubleshooting issues related to it 5 Office application deploy
- Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skill 2 Good Team player 3 Flexible to work in rotational shifts 4 Knowledge on Application packaging and deployment through LANDesk tool
- Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree required Advanced degree preferred
- Additional Information : Scripting knowledge like PowerShell or VBS is preferred
