- Key Responsibilities : 1 Anticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations 2 Build relationships across the organization to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward 3 Participate in the design a high quality application architecture that meets organizations business requirement
- Technical Experience : 1Basic Functional Knowledge on Oracle EBS - Finance, HRMS and Project Flows 2Good Hands-On knowledge on AOL objects, Reports RDF and XML/BI Publisher, Interfaces, Conversions 3Good knowledge on Oracle Standard APIs 4Good Hands-On Knowledge on Oracle DB concepts like Packages, Procedures, Views, Synonyms, Indexes, Cursors,Exception Handling, DDL/DML/DRL Statements etc 5Customization/ Development of Standard Workflow like Logic Diversions, Notification Body changes involving Notifications,
- Professional Attributes : 1Should be able to work independently 2Should be a quick learner, Proactive and willing to take more responsibility 3Should be good team player and collaborator 4Must have Good written and verbal communication skills
