Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

- Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : a Work as an SME and help the team on technical issues b Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements c Ensure zero surprise escalations from client The Lead needs to ensure local management is aware of any potential escalations d Assist in Tier 2/3 support activities for production operations of office 365 e Lead technical projects through design, build, test and deploy phases
- Technical Experience : a Should have 6 to 8 years in managing large Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory environment b Must needed Tools: Office 365 and Azure AD c Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards
- Professional Attributes : Candidate should have very good communication skill and experience on handling multinational customer Good analysis and troubleshooting skill Good learning and team mentoring attitude
