  • Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : Ensure the effective support and delivery of system tools SCCM, Intune, Active Directory to support the transition to Windows 10, Office365 and BYOD,COD Primarily ownership of the EUC ticket queue, providing 3rd line technical support for IT incidents and problems Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution May include escalation management to third party vendors, including Microsoft Premier Support Application Packaging,

    • Technical Experience : Deploying Windows 10 with System Centre Configuration Manager SCCM Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365 Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues and concisely relaying issues for escalation to the migrations team Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems - Windows 10 Image builds using SCCM, Proven Application packaging knowledge using App-V, InstallShield and SCCM Good scripting knowledge including VBS and PowerShell

    • Professional Attributes : Should have 6 years of experience in Desktop Management Excellent customer service skills and customer focused attitude Effective learning skills and the ability to learn on the go Should have experience in Incident Management, Change Management Good understanding of procedures, application and con

    • Educational Qualification : Engineering degree in Computer Science/Information Technology OR masters in computer applications

    • Additional Information : Work in 24 x 7 support model Good To have: Certification on EUC technologies
