Good to have skills: Leadership, Experience in EdTech Operations, Knowledge of Instructional Design & Learning Pedagogy, Experience in dealing with enterprise clients Experience: 12+ years Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred) Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Learning Operations Manager to lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery in the EdTech/Learning domain. The role will focus on ensuring seamless program operations, effective stakeholder management, high learner engagement and completion rates, and continuous improvement in program performance and overall experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee program timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. Coordinate with academic, curriculum, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Manage LMS operations and coordinate curriculum development and implementation. Monitor program performance through KPIs, OKRs, completion rates, learner feedback, and NPS. Drive process improvements and implement data-driven strategies to enhance learner experience and program outcomes. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including academic partners, corporate clients, internal teams, and learners. Lead and mentor program teams to ensure operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, preferably within the EdTech or Education industry. Strong expertise in program planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Experience in curriculum development coordination and LMS management. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and reporting. Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, process management, and quality assurance. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, presentation, and team management skills. Good to Have Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Experience in EdTech operations. Knowledge of instructional design, learning pedagogy, and digital learning methodologies.
