Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments. Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service level agreements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate proficiency in problem solving. Advanced proficiency in communication. Intermediate proficiency in analytical thinking. Beginner proficiency in project coordination. Intermediate proficiency in process improvement.
