Good to Have Skills: Leadership, EdTech Operations, Vendor/Freelancer Management Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Manager – Learning Advisor to lead end-to-end academic operations across multiple learning programs. The role will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence through effective freelancer hiring faculty onboarding, resource planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will drive seamless program execution, maintain high delivery standards, and collaborate with internal teams and external academic talent to deliver exceptional learner experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end academic delivery operations across multiple learning programs. Own the freelancer hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, contracting, and deployment of trainers, mentors, evaluators, and faculty. Build and maintain a strong freelance talent pool to support current and future delivery requirements. Plan faculty allocation, scheduling, and utilization to ensure timely and efficient program execution. Monitor delivery quality, learner experience, and adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards. Collaborate with curriculum, content, learner success, technology, and business teams to ensure seamless program delivery. Track operational metrics, faculty performance, learner feedback, and delivery KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Manage delivery risks, escalations, and resource challenges while minimizing disruption to program execution. Drive process standardization, operational efficiency, and automation initiatives across academic delivery functions. Build strong relationships with freelance faculty, academic partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction levels. Manage budgets related to freelancer engagement and delivery operations while optimizing resource utilization. Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications Graduate with 12+ years of experience in Academic Delivery, Academic Operations, Program Operations, or EdTech Operations (MBA preferred). Proven experience in freelancer/faculty hiring, onboarding, and operations management at scale. Strong expertise in workforce planning, scheduling, delivery management, and academic operations. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and multiple concurrent programs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with LMS platforms and academic delivery tools preferred. Prior experience in EdTech industry is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
